Should I repair my faucet or just replace it?
If the faucet is solid and only the cartridge or washer is worn, a repair makes sense. If the finish is peeling, the body is cracked, or parts are hard to find, a new faucet is usually smarter. We'll show you what we see and let you choose.
What causes low water pressure at just one faucet?
When only one faucet is weak, the problem is usually at that faucet, not your pipes. Mineral scale from our hard Southern California water clogs the aerator screen or the cartridge. Cleaning or replacing those parts often brings full pressure back in a single visit.
Do you repair and replace garbage disposals?
Yes. A disposal that hums or won't turn on can often be fixed by clearing a jam or pressing the reset button. If it leaks from the bottom or the motor is done, we'll swap in a new one and hook it back up to your drain and dishwasher.
Why is there water in the cabinet under my sink?
Usually it's a supply line, the shutoff valve, the drain trap, or the faucet base itself. In older Orange homes, worn valves and old supply lines are common culprits. We dry it out, find the actual source, and fix that, so the cabinet floor stays dry.
