Can you work within my Irvine HOA's rules?
Yes. Most of what we do is inside the home, where HOAs rarely have a say. For outside jobs like a gate, latch, or patio piece, check what your association requires first. Then we match the hardware, finish, and color to what's already approved in your village.
Can you patch wall holes before I move out of my Irvine apartment?
Yes. Anchor holes from TV mounts, shelves, and art are some of the most common move-out fixes there are. We patch, sand, and touch up so the wall is ready for your walkthrough. Send photos of each spot and the paint color if you have it.
Do you assemble furniture for people just moving to Irvine?
All the time. Beds, desks, dressers, bookcases, and patio sets get built and placed where you want them. Since this is earthquake country, we can also anchor tall dressers and bookcases to the wall so they stay put. Add any TV mounting to the same visit.
Can you mount a TV above the fireplace in my Irvine home?
Usually, yes. We find solid framing behind the wall and make sure the spot doesn't get too hot when the fireplace runs. A tilting mount helps, since TVs over a mantel sit high. We'll agree on the height and where the cords go before drilling a single hole.
